Shipping & ReturnsShipping Costs (within the continental USA only) US domestic Shipping/Handling Charge $ 6.99Shipping charges are based on a 1 lb. package weight. The package weight will vary according to the type and quantity of eyewear purchased. Normally, approx. 5 pair of standard safety glasses, or 3 pair of Radiation or Laser glasses will qualify for the 1 lb package weight). If the shipping amount charged at the time of ordering is insufficient to cover the shipping costs, we reserve the right to add the required amount to the order. We will contact you if additional shipping charges are required. Returns and Exchanges 1. Call us at 1-800-814-8784 within 30 days of receipt of your product to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA). 2. Product and packaging must be returned complete, unused and in its original salable condition or a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 3. Include a copy of your invoice. 4. Ship the insured package (we recommend using a carrier with delivery tracking like FedEx or UPS) to: Medical Safety Glasses.com Attn: (Your Return Merchandise Authorization) Please make sure the RMA Number is clearly marked on the outside of your package. Returned items will not be accepted without a RMA Number. A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 30 days after we receive your returned item. Full credit will be issued for items returned in " new " condition, less any shipping and handling costs. Returned items determined to have been "used" are not eligible for a credit. Damaged items such as safety glasses with scratched lenses are not eligible for a credit. Most returns will be subject to restocking fees based upon individual manufacturer’s requirements. The restocking fee can be avoided if an item of equal or greater value is purchased concurrently with the returned product. Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled anytime before the order is shipped. Orders cancelled by the customer after the order is shipped will be subject to our restocking guidelines. Orders designated as "Special Orders" are non-cancellable and non-returnable.Prescription Lens Return Policy All prescription lenses are special orders, and are therefore non-refundable. However, if the return is due to our error in making the lenses, we will gladly re-make the lenses.Prescription Guarantee We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescriptions or they will be remade at no charge. Prior to leaving our optical lab, all prescription eyeglasses undergo a stringent quality control hand inspection. The lenses are checked at four different stations for accuracy*. We pride ourselves in our workmanship. Accurately filling your prescription is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that our quality control measures fail, we will promptly and courteously remake the lenses. We understand there may be times you want to change the frame even though the prescription lenses are perfect. If, within 30 days of receipt of product, you wish to exchange your prescription glasses for a new pair, we will apply 50% of what you paid for the glasses (not including shipping costs) towards a new pair. Please note that shipping charges will apply to the replacement pair.Products Damaged In Shipping: If a product arrives at your delivery location damaged or broken, you must contact us within 2 business days of receipt of that product. No replacement product will be issued if we are not contacted within the 2 business day period. Please save the original shipping box and packaging. Return instructions will be given when you contact us.Shipping and handling charges to return the unwanted item to us and to send the replacement item is the customer's responsibility. If the returned items are the result of our error, we will refund the shipping and handling charges up to the amount of the original shipping charge. Discount Coupons are not valid on returns and exchanges. *Promotional Items (such as eyeglass cords given free with a qualified purchase) will be charged at our regular selling price if not returned with the purchased item(s). Delivery Time Domestic (48 State) delivery time for In-Stock items is approximately 7-10 business days from date of order. International, Canada, AK,HI,PR and USVI delivery time for in-stock items is approximately 10-14 business days from date of order. Prescription glasses are custom orders, so the delivery time may exceed that of "in stock" items. Please allow a delivery time of at least 15 business days for most Prescription orders. Orders with Progressive Lenses may take longer, depending on how soon the required Segment Height measurement is made and the demo fitting frame is returned to us. Expedited delivery such as UPS Next Day and UPS 2 Day delivey methods are available. Please make your shipping selection during checkout.International Shipping & Returns Taxes, Duties, Shipping & Processing charges on the purchased or returned products are the customer's responsibility. We can only accept International Prescription Glasses orders with Single Vision RX lenses. (no bifocal or progressive lens orders will be accepted) Shipments will be made using US Postal Express Mail, US Postal Priority Mail, or UPS Global. We will pick the most economical shipping method. Expedited shipping methods are available at an additional charge. International orders exceeding $500.00 require shipping by UPS. Please contact us for details. International Shipping Fees include a handling charge. Warranty All eyeglass frames are fully guaranteed against manufacturer defects (material and workmanship) for one year from the date of purchase. This does not cover negligent use of the product (including scratched lenses). We will repair or replace any defective merchandise at no charge.* 100% accurate to tolerances mandated by law or by common practice. |
