Items ordered by pre-approved purchase order do not qualify for free shipping.
Free shipping on qualified items only applies to the initial purchase. Free Shipping does not apply to items shipped as replacement or exchanged items.
Items valued at over $75.00 will be shipped via UPS or USPS signature verification required.
*Shipping charges are based on a 1 lb. package weight. The package weight will vary according to the type and quantity of eyewear purchased. Normally, approx. 5 pair of standard safety glasses, or 3 pair of Radiation or Laser glasses will qualify for the 1 lb package weight). If the shipping amount charged at the time of ordering is insufficient to cover the shipping costs, we reserve the right to add the required amount to the order. We will contact you if additional shipping charges are required.
Returns and Exchanges
1. Call us at 1-800-814-8784 within 30 days of receipt of your product to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA).
2. Product and packaging must be returned complete, unused, undamaged and must be in its original unopened condition. Items packaged in factory sealed containers will not be accepted for return if packaging is broken.
3. Include a copy of your invoice.
4. Insure the package for the purchase amount, and ship the package with a carrier that offers delivery tracking & confirmation like FedEx or UPS to:

Please make sure the RMA Number is clearly marked on the outside of your package. Returned items will not be accepted without a RMA Number. The returned item must be received by our company within 30 days of the RMA number issuance or the return will not be accepted and no credit or refund will be due.
A credit will be issued to the original credit card within 30 days after we receive your returned item. A credit will be issued for items returned in " new " condition, less any shipping and handling costs. Returned items determined to have been "used" are not eligible for a credit. Damaged items such as safety glasses with scratched or broken lenses are not eligible for a credit. Returned items will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. The restocking fee can be avoided if an item of equal or greater value is purchased within 5 business days of the date of receipt of the returned item. Shipping & Processing charges for the returned/exchanged item(s) are the customer's responsibility. Items returned that were originally shipped under our "Free Shipping" promotion will be assessed the normal shipping and handling charges for that item, and the amount will be deducted from any refund due. We reserve the right to limit the quantity and frequency of the return of items.
Order CancellationsNon-custom orders can be cancelled anytime before the order is shipped. Orders cancelled and/or refused by the customer after the order is shipped will be subject to a 50% restocking charge. Orders designated as "Special" or "Custom" orders (including prescription glasses) are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Prescription Glasses Return PolicyAll prescription glasses are special orders, and are therefore not cancellable (once production is started), returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
We guarantee 100% accuracy* on all prescriptions or they will be remade at no charge. Prior to leaving our optical lab, all prescription eyeglasses undergo a stringent quality control hand inspection. The lenses are checked at four different stations for accuracy. We pride ourselves in our workmanship. Accurately filling your prescription is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that our quality control measures fail, we will promptly and courteously re-make the lenses. If we need to re-make the lenses, we will ask you to provide a copy of your recent (within 2 years) prescription to help us re-make your lenses.
Prescription Glasses EvaluationIf the customer questions the accuracy of the prescription glasses we have made, we will inspect the glasses at our repair facility. Customer must call us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges to send the glasses to us for evaluation. If no prescription error is found, customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the glasses.
Prescription Glasses Production TimeNormal production time for prescription glasses is approximately 15 business days (no weekends or holidays). This production time is Approximate and Not Guaranteed. We will make every reasonable effort to complete your glasses within the 15 business day period. If the glasses will not be completed within this time, we will contact you via e-mail to give an updated production status.
Fitting Frames for the Bifocal Segment Height Measurement
We will pay the outbound shipping & processing (S&P) charges for 1 (one) fitting frame. However, if the customer decides not to accept the frame and returns it, shipping & processing charges will apply. If the customer requires another fitting frame, the customer is responsible for paying the Shipping & Processing fees to send and return the new fitting frame. The S&P fees will be at the level of our standard ground S&P rates. There is no limit to the number of fitting frames the customer can try, but only one (1) frame at a time will be sent, and S&P fees will apply to each frame sent. If the fitting frame is not returned to us within 30 days, we will deduct the cost of the fitting frame from any customer refund that may be due.
Frame SizingThe frame dimensions listed on our site were accurate at the time they were measured. Changes in frame dimensions can occur due to manufacturing and environmental conditions, production lot changes, etc. Any size variation in the glasses will be small, and should not effect the overall fit of the glasses. We will not be held responsible for any variance in the actual frame dimensions compared to the published frame dimensions.
Products Damaged In Shipping:If a product arrives at your delivery location damaged or broken, you must contact us within 2 business days of receipt of that product. No replacement product will be issued if we are not contacted within the 2 business day period. Please save the original shipping box and packaging. Return instructions will be given when you contact us.
Shipping and handling charges to return the unwanted item to us and to send the replacement item is the customer's responsibility. If the returned items are the result of our error, we will refund the shipping and handling charges up to the amount of the original shipping charge.
Discount Coupons are not valid on returns and exchanges.
*Promotional Items (such as eyeglass cords given free with a qualified purchase) will be charged at our regular selling price if not returned with the purchased item(s).
International Shipping & Returns
Taxes, Duties, Shipping & Processing charges on purchased, returned or warranty/repaired products are the customer's responsibility.
We can only accept International Prescription Glasses orders with Single Vision or Lined Bifocal RX lenses. (no progressive bifocal lens orders will be accepted)
International Shipping Fees include a processing charge.
WarrantyAll eyeglass frames are fully guaranteed against manufacturer defects (material and workmanship) for one year from the date of purchase. This does not cover negligent use of the product (including scratched or broken lenses). We will repair or replace any defective merchandise at no charge.
