Returns and Exchanges
1. Contact us via email at: email@example.com or by phone at: 1-800-814-8784 within 30 days of receipt of your product to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please give us your order number and name when you contact us.
2. Product and packaging must be returned complete, unused, undamaged and must be in its original unopened condition. Items packaged in factory sealed containers will not be accepted for return if packaging is broken.
3. Include a copy of your invoice.
4. Insure the package for the purchase amount, and ship the package with a carrier that offers delivery tracking & confirmation like FedEx to:

Please make sure the RMA Number is clearly marked on the outside of your package. Returned items will not be accepted without a RMA Number. The returned item must be received by our company within 30 days of the RMA number issuance or the return will not be accepted and no credit will be due.
Stock returned items are subject to a 25% restocking charge. The restocking charge can be avoided if an item of equal or greater value (value of the returned item) is purchased within 30 days of the return date. We reserve the right to limit the quantity and frequency of the return of items.
A refund (less less any shipping and handling costs) will be issued to your credit card after we receive your returned item. Returned items must be in salable condition. Returned items determined to have been “used” are not eligible for a refund. Damaged items such as safety glasses with scratched or broken lenses are not eligible for a refund.
Order Cancellations/Refusals/Failure to Accept Delivery/Non-Standard Returns
Orders cancelled, refused, failure to accept delivery, failure to retrieve package after delivery notice was given, non-payment of duty by the customer, invalid returns and other non-standard returns will be subject to a 50% restocking charge. The restocking charge can be avoided if an item of equal or greater value (value of the cancelled item) is purchased within 30 days of the cancellation date. Orders designated as “Special” or “Custom” orders (including prescription glasses), are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
Prescription Glasses Return Policy
All prescription glasses are custom special orders and are therefore not cancellable (once production is started), returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
We guarantee 100% accuracy* on all prescriptions or they will be remade at no charge. Prior to leaving our optical lab, all prescription eyeglasses undergo a stringent quality control hand inspection. The lenses are checked at four different stations for accuracy. We pride ourselves in our workmanship. Accurately filling your prescription is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that our quality control measures fail, we will promptly and courteously re-make the lenses. If we need to re-make the lenses, we will ask you to provide a copy of your recent (within 2 years) prescription to help us re-make your lenses.
Prescription Glasses Evaluation
If the customer questions the accuracy of the prescription glasses we have made, we will inspect the glasses at our repair facility. Customer must call us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges to send the glasses to us for evaluation. If no prescription error is found, customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the glasses.
Prescription and Laser Glasses Production Time
Please allow for production time of approximately 15 business days (no weekends or holidays) for most Prescription orders. This production time is Approximate and Not Guaranteed. We will make every reasonable effort to complete your glasses within the 15 business day period. Glasses with Progressive lenses, Bifocal Lenses, and selected options such as Lens Coatings and name engraving may take longer. Glasses are shipped via USPS and FedEx, and the delivery time will vary according to the service type and your location.
The frame dimensions listed on our site were accurate at the time they were measured. Changes in frame dimensions can occur due to manufacturing and environmental conditions, production lot changes, etc. Any size variation in the glasses will be small, and should not effect the overall fit of the glasses. We will not be held responsible for any variance in the actual frame dimensions compared to the published frame dimensions.
Products Damaged In Shipping:
If a product arrives at your delivery location damaged or broken, you must contact us within 2 business days of receipt of that product. No replacement product will be issued if we are not contacted within the 2 business day period. Please save the original shipping box and packaging. Return instructions will be given when you contact us.
Shipping and handling charges to return the unwanted item to us and to send the replacement item is the customer’s responsibility. If the returned items are the result of our error, we will refund the shipping and handling charges up to the amount of the original shipping charge.
Discount Coupons are not valid on returns and exchanges.
*Promotional Items (such as eyeglass cords given free with a qualified purchase) will be charged at our regular selling price if not returned with the purchased item(s).
Domestic (48 State) delivery time for In-Stock items is approximately 7-10 business days from date of order. International, Canada, AK,HI,PR and USVI delivery time for in-stock items is approximately 10-14 business days from date of order. Prescription glasses are custom orders, so the delivery time may exceed that of “in stock” items. Please allow for a delivery time of at least 25 business days or less for most Prescription orders. Glasses with optional lens coatings may add to the delivery time. If all items are not in stock at the time of ordering, we will ship the entire order complete when all the items are available. Expedited delivery such as FedEx Next Day and FedEx 2 Day delivery methods are available. If an expedited delivery method is selected, we will use that shipping method when the item is available and in-stock.
48 State USA ground shipping for online orders will be made by FedEx or USPS. Items valued at over $100.00 will be shipped via FedEx or USPS signature verification required. Unless otherwise requested, we will select the shipping carrier to be used.
Orders designated as “Special Orders” will be shipped at the current FedEx or USPS insured rate.
Items ordered by pre-approved purchase order do not qualify for free shipping.
Free shipping on qualified items only applies to the initial purchase. Free Shipping does not apply to items shipped as replacement or exchanged items.
Standard order processing time will apply regardless of shipping method selected.

Items returned that were originally shipped under our “Free Shipping” promotion will be assessed the normal shipping and handling charges for that item, and the amount will be deducted from any refund due.
International Shipping & Returns
Taxes, Duties, Shipping & Processing charges on purchased, returned or warranty/repaired products are the customer’s responsibility. Orders cancelled, refused, or by non-payment of duty by the customer will be subject to a 50% restocking charge plus shipping fees.
International Shipping Fees include a processing charge.
All eyeglass frames are fully warrantied against manufacturer defects (material and workmanship) for one year from the date of purchase. Eyeglass lenses are guaranteed to be 100% accurate*, and are covered under our Prescription Guarantee shown above. All lenses are inspected at our facility before being shipped and are guaranteed to be damage-free. Lens damage that occurs after delivery such as scratched, chipped, broken or damaged lenses are not covered under our warranty. We will repair or replace any defective merchandise at no charge. The customer is responsible for shipping/processing charges inbound and outbound.
